2009 Delegates Raise Over $48,000 for Charity... Thank-You!
The
Remediation Technologies Symposium (RemTech)
was held October 14-16, 2009 at the Fairmont Banff Springs
in Banff. ESAA would like to thank all of the delegates
who attended the event, all of the presenters who provided
the technical content, and the exhibitors. A special
thanks to all of the sponsors and supporters, with out
your support an event of this size and calibre would
not have been possible.
The
big winners of the 2009 event were the Environmental
Artworks Foundation of Alberta (EAFA), the Ilsa
Mae Research Fund at Muscular Dystrophy Canada (MDC)
and The Calgary Zoo Conservation Fund. Nearly
$48,000 was raised for these charities. In the
past four years the industry through RemTech has donated
nearly $235,000 to charity.
To
