The full symposium fee includes:

  • all symposium sessions
  • symposium proceedings

  • any pre-conference workshops

Payments

Registration fees must be paid by September 7, 2012. Registration forms must be accompanied by payment. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and must be paid in Canadian dollars.

Cancellations

Notice must be in writing and received by September 7, 2012. . No refunds will be granted after September 7, 2012 . ESAA is not liable for any expenses incurred by the registrant other than to refund the registration fee.

ESAA has implemented a new registration system. Upon clicking the link below you will be directed to ESAA main website - Events Calendar page. On this page you will be able to register for WaterTech.

Note: If you are an employee of an ESAA Member company and have a user id and password for the ESAA website, you can use this information to log in and register. This will save you time entering information that is already in the system.

  • The new registration system is very much like other electronic registration and e-commerce sites. (ie. you will receive a confirmation and receipt immediately upon payment)
  • ESAA Members still have the option of being invoiced. (Mastercard and Visa preferred)
