Water
Technologies Symposium 2008
( WaterTech 2008)
April 16-18, 2008
Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
About WaterTech
2008
Building on the enormous success of the Remediation Technologies Symposium
(RemTech), ESAA is pleased to announce the Water Technologies
Symposium (WaterTech 2008). WaterTech will be the premier
water technology transfer event for environmental professionals.
Since 2002, ESAA has hosted the incredibly successful RemTech Symposium
each October in Banff. Delegate, exhibitor numbers, and sponsorship
support have increased steadily over the years, causing RemTech
to outgrow its original venue after three years. Owing to
the ongoing space limitations at RemTech, ESAA has
not been able to profile water technology to the level it deserves
and delegates want. WaterTech will give us the opportunity
to focus on a relevant and growing area of interest in the environmental
sector. ESAA anticipates 250 delegates and 25 exhibitors will participate
in WaterTech 2008 at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
Conference Centre.
Why WaterTech 2008?
Over 70% of attendees at RemTech 2006 indicated an interest in
additional session streams focused on water and wastewater treatment.
Over 65% of the attendees expressed interest in a dedicated conference
on water.
"Develop a conference with a focus on Water Quality
and Management."
"Would like to see more water/wastewater treatment
sessions in the future."
"More technologies on hydrogeology and remediation
of contaminated groundwater"
Who Should Attend?
Attendance at WaterTech 2008
is highly recommended for all industry sectors that have a interest
in the technical aspects of water and wastewater management including:
