Exhibit Rules

• WaterTech 2012 management reserves the right to modify the exhibit layout and locations.
  
  
• All exhibiting company representatives must have a delegate pass or booth worker pass to enter WaterTech 2012. No exceptions will be made.
  
  
• No exceptions will be made to the set-up time. Exhibits not set up by 4 pm on Wednesday, April 11th will be forfeited by the exhibitor and any such space may be resold, reassigned or otherwise used by WaterTech 2012 without any refund or any other payment to the scheduled exhibitor.
  
  
• All exhibited equipment, materials and display items must fit in the booth space area. Exhibits cannot obstruct the view of other exhibits. No booth exhibit display item can exceed 8' in height or 10' in width without the written permission of WaterTech 2012 management.
  
  
• No flammable fluids, substances, or materials of such nature, including decorative materials, may be used in any booth.
  
  
• Exhibiting companies will be permitted to operate hospitality suites, however, the hospitality suite may not be open during event hours.
