Rules
- WaterTech
2010 management reserves the right to modify the exhibit
layout and locations.
- All
exhibiting company representatives must have a delegate
pass or booth worker pass to enter WaterTech 2010. No exceptions
will be made.
- No
exceptions will be made to the set-up time. Exhibits not
set up by 5pm on Wednesday, April 21 will be forfeited by
the exhibitor and any such space may be resold, reassigned
or otherwise used by WaterTech 2010 without any refund or
any other payment to the scheduled exhibitor.
- All
exhibited equipment, materials and display items must fit
in the booth space area. Exhibits cannot obstruct the view
of other exhibits. No booth exhibit display item can exceed
8' in height or 10' in width without the written permission
of WaterTech 2010 management.

Exhibit
Rules
- No
flammable fluids, substances, or materials of such nature,
including decorative materials, may be used in any booth.
- All
materials used in the construction and decoration of the
exhibit booth must be constructed of flameproof material
or treated with an approved flame proofing solution.
- Exhibiting
companies will be permitted to operate hospitality suites,
however, the hospitality suite may not be open during event
hours.
